Past Project 1

Challenge

The owner was looking for a way to spice up his backyard, but wasn't too sure how. He knew he wanted to relax comfortably in his yard and be able to invite family over. He was going for a very serene look. He was also adamant saving money on lawn maintenance. He didn't want to have sprinklers, and wanted only a small area of grass, with most of the yard having concrete. So this is what we came up with!

Value

Not only did we add some simple plants and pots, but brand new concrete to extend the porch, giving more walk room and space, while also filling in the rest of the yard with artificial turf, avoiding high maintenance costs. We also designed a custom deck that allows him to overlook his gated fence to have a nice view of the ocean. His sitting arrangement under the patio includes nice furniture and even a fire fixture for warmth on a chilly night. And of course, the soothing sound of water dripping with his new backyard fountain.

The owner loved the work done and will continue to work with us in the future.

Past Project 2

Challenge

The owner wanted a Spanish-style landscape, complete with Travertine throughout the front and backyard, with a pool and outdoor kitchen.

Value

We took their dirt yard and transformed it into a high-class, Spanish-style landscape, complete with planters, potted plants, a fountain, outdoor kitchen, a new side entrance, and pool. We also constructed a large pergola that extends from the house to over the outdoor kitchen, and added lighting throughout the front and back. The pool lights are LED and can switch between all sorts of different colors! In the end, the owner was extremely happy with the outcome and we were very happy to deliver a magnificent result to them.
